USLIA.com Delegation to USL Convention

It's been brought up in a couple different threads... I'd really like to get together with some guys from here so I thought I'd bring it all together...

Who's going to Philly next week? I'll be there Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. I know there must be plenty of bars around...

I will be there the same time. There is the Lax lounge at the convenion, and some seedy(but wow what a bargain) bars just south of the marriott. If we wanted to have a way of identifying everyone we could put a certain color of those Avery dots on our credentials? Just an idea, any others?

The bar at the Loews hotel across the street is good - upscale. They film the city's morning show there.

The Continental is cool. Cab ride.

The area around 2nd and Market has lots of bars. Similar to fourth street in Austin, TX. Cab ride.

76s play Boston on Friday night. Flyers play on Saturday night. Cab ride.

I plan on going to most of the above and Pat's to have a cheese steak.

I'd love to hook up with the fellas! Maybe Matt H can get some USLIA.com stickers printed up so we can do a little advertising while trolling for fellow lurkers at the convention. As an alternative, just print USLIA.com somewhere on your name tag and I'll keep my eye out. Mine will say Bert Smith, and I'll be sure to stop by the Lax Lounge as well as the lobby bar area. I heard they're trying to discourage the large congregation they had there last year, but I'm sure it will still be busy.
