This is the first in a season-long series of polls about the PNCLL teams, players and games. I welcome suggestions for future poll questions, and if selected I will credit the creator (i.e. "This week's poll question comes to us courtesy of Joe Slow").

I agree, no one is going to forget about Jensen. The guy can flat out play, but PLU has a few more people to take some pressure off of him, and I could see them passing the ball more. I'm very curious to how well Western will play.

All these guys got game
Without a doubt Jon Kearsley will be the B division's leading scorer. Ive really only seen him play once, however with the show he put on, and the way Oregon girls talk about him, you know he's got game. Ben Sadler is my man from way back Vail styles and I know as well as any defender in the league how quickly he can take you to cage, but with only Matt Beard backing him up, Ben and Witman's chances are up in the air. . .to be totally honest, I have no idea what I'm talkig about. The leading scorer could vary well be some freshman that none of us have heard of. ..yet
p.s. How do I put my schools logo on the left on my post?

I've played defense against both guys--most recently Kearsley and I had the pleasure to play with them at Vail. I'd have to give the nod to Sadler just because of his size and speed. Jon is a fast guy, but I don't know if he'll be able to muscle his way to the cage the way Ben does.

its got to be jensen....i've played against sadler for two years and he is a great attackmen however jensen had over 60 points last season in the A division against teams like SFU, oregon, USC, and whitman while also sitting out a few games with a broken finger. that is just my two cents. like the saying goes anybody can play on any given day....thats why we play the games.

I got a lot of confidence in Jensen to continue developing as an attackman (for his second consecutive year at the same position) and put up big, BIG numbers, but the PLU offense will click. Expect Zubi and Olsen to share some of the stats.

What about team?
I don't know if I like the attitude that this question encourages. One of the things that makes college ball so much more than the pro game is that guys play as a team. Is the attitude from the pros bleeding down to this level now? I sure hope not.
In fact, looking back to last year, it seems like there were more posts about this type of topic (i.e., all-star picks) than any other.

Nah. I leave for Scotland in August. I'll be filling out TPS reports for a company here in Portland for a while until then.

How about this kid Townsend Hall at Montana. . .The freshman from Mass. has averaged over 5 points per game already this season. WOW. I think we certainly overlooked this kid in the poll.
