What does everyone think of the rule that you now have a total of 30 seconds once the defense has possesion of the ball to clear it to the offensive restraining box?
Personally as a former goalie, there was nothing better than getting the ball into the defensive neutral zone and having unlimited time in the part of the field to clear the ball.
During LSA championship in 2004 I held the ball their for a good 20 - 30 seconds before getting pressured. I felt like an attackman on an EMO situation standing at X looking to pick apart the Man-down unit.
What do you think of the rule?

Re: 30 seconds to clear the ball...
My understanding is that the rule is almost universally reviled, and that almost no one could stomach it even for fall ball.
In principle, I don't think it's a bad idea, but the parameters were vague enough that no one really understood how it was supposed to work or how it was supposed to accomplish anything useful.
