WCLL Fall Ball Scores

WCLL Fall Ball Scores

Postby Ken Broschart on Mon Oct 03, 2005 1:11 pm

I would like to see how other WCLL teams are making out so far this fall.

Arizona beat Tucson Club 17-3 in a scrimmage last saturday.

Arizona will be playing ASU in Scrimmage on Saturday, Oct. 8th in Tucson.

Good luck to all with their Fall seasons.

Guess I will keep my own trend going.

Arizona defeated ASU 10-9 in Tucson. Game could have gone either way. Asu has some very talented young players. They will be a very good team this year.

Arizona will scrimmage Cal, BYU, UTAH, and Cal Poly in Vegas on the 22nd.

I know there are a couple of tourneys coming up in two weeks with Vegas and UC-Irvine. Does anyone know who is playing in these (from the wcll) and what other tournaments/ scrimmages are going on? Anything up north?

Ken gave a list of the teams that are playing in Vegas. As for UC Irvine, you can check out their website for the Laxtoberfest schedule. They have the full schedule for the college teams there.

First scrimmage is scheduled for 9.

Chapman Scores

Postby ChapmanLax04 on Mon Oct 10, 2005 1:03 pm

So far we have played two fall ball games, and Chapman will be at the Laxtoberfest as well.

Chapman(16 or 17) vs. LMU(4)
Chapman(11) vs. Duke(9) - It's their traveling club team. Not their varsity squad but they did have some solid players.

Is it pretty clear that Chapman has surpassed LMU?
