Local Directions:
Take a right at the second set of lights onto campus (if you've reached CVS, you've gone too far)
Follow the campus road around until you get to a stop sign.
Take a right at the stop sign.
When the road forks, take a right (if you reach the large parking lot,
you've gone too far).
Take your first left into the parking lot. Roche Commons will be across the
street. When you walk in the doors, the President's Dining Room is on your left.

Scheduling
---------------
The scheduling portion of the meeting will be the last part. At this point
you will know how many league games you must schedule (most likely 6 or 8) and which teams your must schedule. To be prepared for this task, be sure to have your school calendar and know any unavailable dates for home and away games.

Executive Board
----------------------
Dan Warren has stepped down as Vice Commissioner so this position will be voted on. Please consider stepping up to take an active role in the running of the conference. I am also going to bring up the idea of setting up a committee to plan a PCLL Invitational Tournament for Spring, 2007. I will be on this committee, but I will not chair it. This is another opportunity for people to take an active role.

Teams Applying For Membership
--------------------------------------------
So far, we are expecting applications from Salem State, UMass-Lowell,
University of Rochester, and University of Maine. If you haven't heard,
Briarcliffe, a team which already submitted an application, has withdrawn
their application and will be going varsity in 2007. If your team is
planning on applying for membership, please make sure I have your
application no later than September 10 and make sure you will have
representation at the meeting. We prefer to have the club sports person, the head coach, and team president, however only one person is required.

Other Items for Agenda
----------------------------------
1. Dues: amount will not be calculated until meeting, however due date will be December 1, 2005. MDIA dues did not go up.
2. 2006 Championship Weekend: after the success last year, we are hoping to again have the playoffs at WPI, but teams can still apply. Application can be found on our website.
3. Other? If you have anything you would like added to the agenda, please get it to me no later than Monday, September 12.

Head Count
----------------
I need each team to e-mail me no later than September 7 with the names of those who will be attending. Please advise all attendees that they must
bring $5 to cover the cost of food and drinks.

Congratulations on the new teams, and to the newly elected officials. Are all three of those teams Division B?

I have the full schedules for all conference games, but it'll be a while before I have anything posted online.

Stonehill jamboree is probably going to be the weekend of 10/15.
