Not a far trip for you guys in Dallas...

The US Lacrosse Fast Break Initiative is headed back to Shreveport, La. A component of the US Lacrosse Strategic Plan, the Fast Break Initiative aims to provide a variety of resources to help kick-start lacrosse in different areas of the country. On the weekend of Oct. 8-9, US Lacrosse staff and volunteers will be at the LSU-Shreveport campus conducting player clinics, coaches' education and officials training. Check the US Lacrosse Web site for registration details in early September. For more information about US Lacrosse program offerings, please visit

To All: US Lacrosse has postponed the clinic in Shreveport until Dec10/11th. With all the activity at LSUS the decision was made to postpone the clinic. The later date will allow us to handle more players due to more clinicians being available, we are looking to have about 225 players for the Dec clinic. This clinic is geared towards high school age players who have some experience and will include boys and girls sessions and instruction for coaches and refs. Please pass this along to your teams and any other interested parties.
