As Tiger Woods was putting today on #4, a huge limb fell and hit one member of the gallery. There is a report of one minor injury to a PGA official. No wind or rain was present. They have had to evacuate the area of the limb and tree. It just happened so there are no pictures. As a former greenskeeper I can tell you that is a nightmere. That adds a ton of clean up with very little time.
Tiger looks to be in trouble. He is really struggling. Phil is in the lead and this is after everyone said he had no chance. My boy Justin Leonard is at Even. He always seems to play well at the PGA.

Big time fan, both of playing and watching the majors. That's one of the reasons I officiate, to fund my golf for the summer!
I actually bought 20 of the Jack Nicklaus 5 pound notes from the Bank of Scotland and have been giving them out as gifts to other golf friends and fanatics.

For the golf fans out there on the USLIA.com board, I bet a few of y'all are glad that Lefty(Phil Mickelson) won the PGA Championship today.

I am pumped that he won. Everyone kept saying that he had no chance, but he hung with it. I think playing on Monday helped him go lower than having to play the final 2 holes in to the wind. Unfortunately I could not find the final round on today.
