I don't mean to open up a can of worms but...
What's the deal with the team's league status? Something about not having a coach, which is horrible news. Central came very far, very quickly and to see them have to take a step back is disheartening.
Anybody have the facts?

CWU
It is true that Coach Pidgeon has resigned at CWU. I talked regularly with John during the season and tried to help mentor this new program as best as I could during 2005, partly because I had failed to do so adequately the season before, when UW was officially the first-year club's mentor program.
I for one want to thank Coach P. for his considerable efforts as a volunteer to the Wildcat Lacrosse Club this past season. I am sorry that he left with such a sour taste in his mouth, and feels unappreciated for donating so much time and energy trying to build a legitimate new "virtual-varsity" lacrosse team. Good luck with all you do, John, and thanks again for all your great work on behalf of the PNCLL!
Central is advertising for a new coach on the WALAX.com job postings link, although has not posted here on USLIA.com yet. Best of luck to them too...
