I think you have to go with BYU, CSU & UCSB at this point. I think the fourth spot is open to a number of teams:
WCLL: SSU - how good are they with out Gomez?
RMLL: CU - how good are they with out Bluse?
LSA: A&M, UT or Tech - I'm going to give the edge to A&M, but we will know a lot about them after this coming weekend.
SELC: FSU, V-Tech - surprise team of the season
CCLA: Michigan, Oakland
Given history, my fourth right now will be SSU and my dark horse will be A&M. They are young, but they have the schedule to prepare them for the tough games in the tournament.
Who's gonna take it all this year, A & B.

Are you omitting Arizona intentionally? I think they are more likely to emerge as a semi-finalist than any of the other teams that you mentioned.

No...I completely forgot about them. My apologies to Zona. I am very interested to see what they can do this year and as someone mentioned earlier they do play very well in the championships.
Revising the last post:
UCSB
CSU
BYU
Zona
SSU
Dark horse: A&M

I wouldn't say they don't have a sliding defense...everybody blows that out of proportion. That defense did well two year's ago against quality opponents. It went to a sliding defense when it needed too and everything went fine.
As long as the offense is playing well and they control the ball, they will do fine this season. They have more depth, speed and talent than in year's past, which is why I'm so high on this team. The down side is that they are young...so you don't know how they will react in tough situations. They may get up or down by a couple and they have to have the maturity to handle the situation properly.
The Tech, CSU, Auburn weekend will show a lot about this team.

i agree that noma will be hurting without gomez, dont get me wrong. they still have a strong offense as well as a good medfield. i would like to maybe add a prediction on the fourth seed, i think arizona has a good shot, they will have to play their A game, no doubt about it. about michigan, i just dont know. in the three tourneys i have participated in and one as a "coach", i have always seen michigan pull the same thing as CU. they crumble, no offense to either team, both are good teams, it just seems that when it comes down to the one week that matters most they cannot come together. being able to come together at the right time is what makes a good team great, i know that sounded cliche, but its true.
thats what i love about the uslia, on any given day there can be an upset. michigan vs oakland 2004, unfortunately utah vs CSU. crazy things happen in this league, i am excited to see what happens.
one last prediction, florida state

Strength of division
This seems crazy to me. I have seen the talent in the other divisions, specifically the WLCC and SELC, and I am not impressed. The RMLC is by far the most prestigious division. With three teams constantly ranked in the top 10, maybe even the top 5, how can you argue? Let's just wait for the middle of the season when CSU, BYU, and CU are all ranked in the top 5 and talk about possible contenders for the national championship. With all this biased rhetoric flying around do you guys take the time to listen to yourselves?

Get your facts straight. Right now there are 3 WCLL teams ranked in the top 5.
