more all-conference

before all-conference is announced, i'd like to hear some predictions on the all-conference teams. i saw a lot of quality talent out there this year. who is going to make all-conference?

Attack

Snow - Creighton 9 games 35g 19a
Mullaney - Creighton 9 games 29g 21a
Spader - USD 5 games 26g 8a
Kurtz - USD 9 games 19a 9a
Shipman - Wheaton 5 games 15g 10a
Brunner - NWC 8 games 15g 7a

Defense

Kurtz - USD

Goalie
Callahan - Nebraska

Those are the standout players i have seen

Harris Midfield Creighton
Kuiper Midfield Dordt
Boender Defense NWC
Lamberson Goalie USD (he has been amazing for us all year)

No offense Justin, but you have missed some of the absolute best players in Div B, even one from your own team.

Are the only people that can make the all-conference team, including honorable mention the ones that were nominated? It seems if that is the way it is done many great players will be left out.

i play only on the defensive side of the field, so i mainly see attack.
i dont know any names of midfielders other than the ones i posted.
i havent played against any other teams' defense, i'll leave those picks to the offense.
im sure there are great players that i didnt mention, but i only picked players that we have played against or that i have seen

Yes, they come from nominations. Trust me, all the ones who deserve to make it are on there. There are 54 different names nominated.

Since I agree with everyone that Raders listed, I'll mention some other people that should get some sort of consideration:

Attack:
Tommassoni-Harding
Szostak-Harding
Frost-Harding
(When 3 of the top 5 scorers in the division come from the same team, they all deserve some sort of recognition)
Jason Kurtz-USD...I know Raders mentioned him, but there's no good reason he's not on anyone's list.

Midfield:
I don't know anything about midfielders, so I'll pass.

Defense:
Metcalf-Creighton
Becker-USD...yet again, there's no good reason why he's not on anyone's list.

Faceoff:
Harris-Creighton
We didn't lose too many of our faceoffs this year, but he won at least 9 that I counted in our game.

There are also some other guys on my team that I think deserved at least an honorable mention, but alas, I don't believe it to be in their fates. Remember, this list implies everyone that Raders listed above, so that's my $0.02 on the whole ordeal.
