Scores, Reports, Predictions Week 4/20/05 - 4/27/05

Postby Daniel Morris on Tue Apr 26, 2005 10:12 pm

Northeastern just upset BC in overtime to secure the #2 seed in the PCLL playoffs and a first round bye. I am unsure of the exact score, but it was something in the teens.

Note to the BC/Northeastern scoregirls: For the record, point the portable scoreboard TOWARDS THE CROWD! The guys on the field know the score. The refs know the score. The tons of fans in the stands do not. And the 20 fans on the far side of the field, they don't count and would need binoculars to see that tiny thing anyway.

one of the best games i have seen.. NU was down most of the game.. but battled back towards the end to finally tie in the 4th and win in OT.. BC looked solid also and their offense is amazing..

good luck to both teams in the playoffs

Dan,
I believe both BC and I asked for the scoreboard towards us. It was a pretty intense game and keeping track of the score was tough.

I can see that Tim, but jeez, I must have answered the "what's the score question" 100 times.

Fans were going nuts to figure out what was going on. A tied game! Insane excitement! And no one knew what was happening! Just tragic.

Is BC not allowed the use of the scoreboard?

Administration barely lets us use anything, they wont even let us put temporary lines down on the field
