The game was not an official conference game and not the cleanest of match-ups, both teams surely have the bumps & bruises to show it. Calvin has the next 10 days off without games.

IUP beat grove city 19-13. We had to stop the game for a while because of lightening, the entire game was played in hurricane like weather. We would like to thank grove city for coming to play us.

Illini 4

it was 2-0 at half, then Illini went tied it at 2-2 from drives from the middie. Followed by a illini long pole fast break goal to bring it to 3-2. IU fought back to tie it and pull away with a 7-4 win.

Thanks to Illini for coming out to play even after 2 rescheduling issues.

Remember what an absolutely beautiful night it was for the game last year! If your forecast holds the attendance will be down quite a bit. The casual fan who comes out for any M/MSU matchup may find the conditions not to their liking.

It's a shame only 4 teams are in the playoffs for CCLA-B, because we feel like we are right there with the top teams. Well, it was a fun season, we'll gear up for next year.

U of M scored twice to MSU's 1 during a 3 minute stick penalty against U of M, definitely not your usual kill the penalty style for U of M tonight.
