Why doesn't the RMLC follow through with what is asked?

I know i have metioned this in other posts of mine but i figured it is about time to make it it's own post.....

This isn't mean to bash the RMLC or the governing members of the board by all means I am just hoping to raise some awareness and this post is meant with all due respect to the teams, players, and administration of this league.

When i was at the league meeting in the fall in Greeley there were several things asked or brought up and voted on or aasked or agreed on (so i thought) by the league to do. These things are:

1. All division B teams go to playoffs
2. Implementation of the 48 hr rule
3. Faceoffs statistics on the website

These three things standout because they HAVE NOT been done or they have been changed mid-season.

The playoffs doesn't even effect me but the fact of the matter is Wyoming no matter what per the league meeting should be in the playoffs. You can argue they don't deserve it or it's a waste but the fact is they pay to be in this league and I can't speak for them but Greeley is the closest to them and its another game they get to play for their season so why change it midway through and screw them? Cause it makes the playoffs uniform? Why not give the #1 seed a first round bye? There is alot of other solutions then the one that was taken by the team. (if Wymoing had input on this and were ok with it then i apologize for my ignorance and please correct me)

The 48 hr rule is still in question and still is unsettled make it an official rule or don't and make the rule uniform and clear cut, period.

The faceoffs thing is funny because it was one of CU's team representatives that asked for this to be implemented and the general concensus I got was Yes ok it can and will be done. So why hasn't it been or what happend to it?

Again if i have any of my facts wrong then please correct me and excuse my ignorance and maybe we need a better way of getting information out to the entire league just not a select few.

I enjoy being in this league and they do many things right but everything has negatives and im just hoping to raise a little awareness to the league not be anti-RMLC
