Thanks USD for hosting us. Good, well fought game. Good games for your #8 and your goalie, they put you guys over the top on us and it looks like you really can rely on them. It is nice to see that some of the programs are stepping up and getting better, you guys included. Now we just need to get our heads on straight and join the party!
Dordt is looking to get out of this 3 game losing slump Wed. against NW and then at the crossover.
I am going to go and be mad for a while. It was fun having that unbeaten streak against USD, I guess we will have to get through this rebuilding year and come back strong against them and some other teams next year.
Good luck USD.

Wasn't told a score but was told Iowa lost to Kansas State by 5. Iowa is "officially" eliminated from playoffs not that they really had a chance. Rough season for my Hawkeyes, hopefully they give Mizzou a good game tomorrow but I have a feeling it won't be really close.
Edit: Talked to someone else at the game that said the score was around 8-4 or 9-4.

LU vs. KU
Final from St. Charles:
Lindenwood 14
Kansas 4
Thanks to the Jayhawks for coming out.
Attackman Justin Combs paced the Lions with seven points (3g 4a) to make an even 100 on the season. Jack Cribbin, Tim Jennings and Mike Silva all played in cage for the Lions with Silva posting 12 saves.
Midfielder Joe Slattery played well for the Jayhawks, especially on defense. Defenseman Gabe Van Pelt also turned in a solid performance.

Thanks for coming down guys. The Wheaton team was only able to bring 11 players due to recent injury, but they put up a great fight. At half the score was only 2-0 (RHIT). Fatigue and sheer numbers hurt their squad, but I have to say that they are a great competitors and very sportsmanlike.
Thanks again and good luck in the crossover!
Like he said, this was a great game. Unfortunately missing our two top scorers hurt us as our middies got tired in the second half and RHIT's middies kept the pressure on and continued to hustle throughout the game. RHIT defense played well, all but shutting down the tired Wheaton offense in the second half.

Wash U: 2 - 2 - 2 - 3 OT - 1 = 10
ISU: 2 - 4 - 3 - 0 = 9
Sophomore Ryan Tower tallied 3 goals in a row to close the gap on the Redbirds in the 3rd and 4th quarter. Freshmen Nick Brown scored late in the 4th to tie the game and in OT to secure the win for the Bears. Thanks to ISU for coming down to St. Louis today and Illinois for hosting us in Champaign yesterday. [/img]

I forgot to mention - great game by your goalie, he was really on.
Also, way to keep up the hussle throughout the game with just one sub - that took endurance.
Good luck next weekend!

John, 2 things wrong with the above attempt:
1) You need the pictures to be on a web server, not your home personal computer.
2) You also need the exact .jpg or .gif file, not a .html page with it.
Hopefully that helps, if not, you can always send me them and I could host them briefly to be posted on here.
