PNCLL Alumni Team - Victoria Tournament
Harmon,
I don't know what jerseys you found, I'm sure they're nice. But if anyone is worried about cost.... I can get reversable practice jerseys for less than 15, printed. Ours were 11, but only printed on one side. Just tossing that our there. I have a few more people that are interested, I'll get their checks to you soon.

Update
Okay everyone,
I've been out of town on business for the last 9 days and haven't been able to make a whole ton of progress. Several of you have requested updated rosters, which I will post either tonight or during the day tomorrow.
Neil showed me the shorts and jerseys that we're going to be having, and they looked good. May as well go with a league alum to supply the goods, especially if it's within $2 of everyone else.
Remember to have your checks in by the April 11 cut-off date.

Updated Roster
not a lot of checks... guys...
Next to your name will be a number meaning the following:
1 - I have a check and you are definitely in.
2 - You have told me that you want to play.
3 - I've heard 2nd or 3rd person that you want to play.
4 - Complete speculation.
Attack
Tipton - 2
Kladis - 3
Berggren - 2
Henderson - 3
Mike Christians - 2
Saunders - 4
Opet - 4
Midfield
Shogan - 1
Kojima - 2
O'Neil - 2
Burke - 3
Sonkin - 3
Weitz - 3
Waldman - 4
Jensen - 4
Carroll - 4
Pulley - 4
Lewicki - 4
Defense
Harmon - 1
Whitehead - 1
Ball - 1
Tootell (&LSM) - 3
Swann (&LSM) - 2
Gaffney (&LSM) - 1
That's 22 on the list, we're taking 20. At this point, we have 2 attackmen that are complete speculation (haven't even talked to them) and 4 midfielders that are in the same boat. If you know anyone with a 4 next to their name, please either get ahold of them or tell me how to.
We may end up thinning out some defense since we're so deep there. At this point we only have three, so we just have to see how the response goes--please get your checks in to guarantee a spot.
If you have a 1 next to your name, you're locked in.

There is a chance that some of the UO guys might be playing in the Tahoe tournament (which is held on the same weekend as Vic), and I'm still waiting to hear back from Jim O'Neil to find out what's going on.
This means that there may be room for a few more midfielders and possibly an attackman. If you're not on the list, or know someone who isn't and would like to nominate them please either post it here or email me at reed.harmon@gmail.com.

I've added Tipton and Kladis to the tentative attack roster which brings the current total to 24 (we're bringing 20 guys).
Again, if you're interested or would like to nominate someone, it's not too late to email me or post it here.

All-Stars
I'm all for having this alumni team play, but wasn't the original idea to sponsor our PNCLL All-Star team to participate in this because we weren't going to hold an all-star game in '05? IMO we'd be better off with an alumni team and a separate all-star team. We could put together a great team just of graduating seniors: Kladis, Sonkin, Sadler, Schofield, Newman, Weitz, Steinecker, Dunham, Meinhard, Tesar, Cooley...
Why not keep the teams separate? You have enough alumni to play anyway...

Dan, we may have enough Alumni now, but how many of those guys are still good, quality, players who want to make the trip? As we are finding out--not many. Besides, come May, the guys you listed will be considered Alumni.

A lot (okay, almost everyone) of people have missed the deadline.
Get your checks in so we can arrange for hotel space before they sell out. If you didn't know, it's a big weekend in Victoria, and the hotel will most likely sell out even without the lacrosse tournament in town.
I will begin contacting those who have not paid towards the end of the week.

Have you received cheques (notice the proper spelling ) from anyone else? Do you have an update?
