I went home for part of my spring break this last week and while searching through my old room (out of shear boredom) I happend across my old copy of "BLAST LACROSSE"
As I dropped the game into my little brothers PS2 a number of memories came rushing back to me. My Freshman year here at Lindenwood a group of us would have pre home game tournaments at one of the players houses. I'm talking brackets posted on the walls, trophies, and medals. Struting into the locker room before our actual game with a win under your belt was great. But then I remember hearing a rumor about EA sports working on an outdoor video game. Whatever happend to that idea?
Will it ever happen? And do you think they could pull it off and do the real thing justice?

MLL is in talks with Activision as well. It will get done and it will be good. I'm not with the Cannons anymore so this isn't any insider information.

Does that mean you can spill the beans about MLL expansion?

I could, but I won't. I will say that the Mark Cuban rumors are absolutely false.

The office talks about Texas all the time. One of the guys took a vacation in Texas before.. said it was a nice state. The summer traveling intern is (or was going to be, he may have declined it) is a TAMU player. We all played the "put the state in the right place" quiz from this board and talked about how easy Texas was. So, yeah, they talk about Texas plenty. However, when it comes to expansion... that's a different story. Just remember this... this is the WEST COAST expansion phase. Doesn't mean all the teams will have a view of the Pacific Ocean, but don't expect to come too far inland.

I'm still pulling for Denver...how can you not? Also, I'd love to see it in Seattle because I know it's blowing up over there...other than that, I can't think of any other reasonable areas. Why not try an exhibition game in Texas to see what kind of attendance you would get? My decisions for Seattle and Denver are based on the attendance numbers from the tour last year.

I'll have to take Sonny's place and tell you guys to keep it on topic! Otherwise we'llhave to move you to the MLL forum...
I like the Denver and Seattle options. They seem to have the biggest core of younger fans. Texas would seem to be awfully hot in season.
