Cabrillo College is seeking a head coach to lead our new lacrosse club. We are looking for a coach who is interested in establishing and growing our program. This is an opportunity to get involved at the the ground floor and create something very special. This position is volunteer this spring with a stipend planned for next fall, when we hope to join the California Junior College Lacrosse Association (CJCLA).

Responsibilities and Expectations Include:

- Attendance at all games and practices

- Integrating specific conditioning program into practices and drills and setting individual expectations both during and outside of practice

- Teaching offense/defense strategies and insist that players learn the game

- Holding to club rules of playing players who attend practice regularly and enforcing attendance

- Conducting an awards ceremony at the end of season

- Open communication with players

- Creating organized practice and game plans

- Preparing players to play at the next level after their time spent at Cabrillo. Appointment: Part-Time
