SEARCH USLIA.com!

Postby mholtz on Fri Apr 01, 2005 2:57 pm

A new feature has been added to the site...

http://www.uslia.com/search.php

It allows you to search uslia.com, the forums, or the web using google's technology.

Stats

Postby Joe Oakland on Fri Apr 01, 2005 3:20 pm

I noticed a "flaw" when I tried doing the google search on myself there. I showed up like 36 times all in different sorts of the statistics page. Is there a way to omit the stats portion?
Cool idea though.

All the search features/functionality are handled by google, so I really don't have any control over that.

How vain are you Joe? searching for yourself :)

just kidding.

Stop scoring so many goals, Joe Opron. Then maybe you won't show up on so many different stat pages.

Speaking of searching the site....is there any way to recover all the pictures and old tournament information? There were some pictures from the 2002/2000 tourneys that I'd like to save. I don't know if they're lost and gone forever or if somebody has all that info saved and just hasn't added it to the new site yet.

I hope to restore most of the rest of the old site this off-season (Summer/Fall).
