I spoke with a source close to the team and they told me that "the team will either be much better next year or much worse, and they felt it was worth the risk of being much worse to see if they could be much better."

To their credit they are dreaming big, I just hope it pans out cause if it doesn't the leadership will have to do a lot more work than they ever planned for.

Personally I'm hoping Brian Dougherty desides to hang-up the cleats and pick-up a clip board - Doc vs. Lamb, now that would be fun. I also heard John Haus was interested in taking over the reigns.
