Men's Head Coach. Available: Immediately.Description: Ball State University men’s lacrosse team, which belongs to the CCLA (Central Collegiate Lacrosse Association), is looking for a head coach for the 2008-2009 seasons. Responsibilities include game schedules, structuring of practices, traveling schedules, recruiting, and fund raising, representing the team to the league and to the University, and coaching and leading young men. You must have good communication, organization, and personality management skills. We are a competitive club team that participates in the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA). We plan to practice three days a week in the fall and up to six days in the spring. Interested candidates must be able to make their duties as head coach their highest priority. Previous collegiate playing and coaching experience is a must. Salary: negotiable. Appointment: Full-Time
