Men's Head Coach. Available: Immediately. Deadline: June 25, 2008. Position Description: The University of Arizona men’s lacrosse team, a member of the Western Collegiate Lacrosse League (WCLL), is currently seeking a head coach for the 2008-2009 season and beyond. Responsibilities include extensive planning of team functions, game schedules, alumni functions, structuring of practices, traveling schedules, recruiting, scouting, fund raising, coordinating with assistant coaches, representing the team to the league and to the University, and coaching and directing young men. Candidates must have good communication, organization, and personality management skills. We are a highly competitive club team that participates in the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA). We plan to practice three days a week in the fall and up to six days in the spring. Interested candidates must be able to make their duties as head coach their highest priority. Previous collegiate playing and coaching experience are preferred. Salary: Extremely competitive with signing bonus. Appointment: Full-Time
