I love the effort to web cast and the efforts to fix problems in real time.

Here's a couple thoughts going forward:

1. Is there any way to send a high bandwidth and low bandwidth feed separately? Folks in hotels and coffeehouses, might have limited BW. I also had trouble using neighbor's DSL, cable worked much better. (I know 600kbs should not be too taxing.)

2. Is it possible to have some sort of test stream that we can try connecting to before game time? What would be great next year would be a 30-minute highlight/final four preview show on Thursday so people can check out their setups. I tried to set this up at an ASU parent's house not knowing their house was DSL. (I think that was the issue) By the time we got the ASU feed working back at my place, Chapman had started to roll away.

3. Also, if there is any guidance about using non-Windows/non-IE (e.g. Mac/Linux/Firefox) platforms, that would be great.

There was a test video stream that I recommended ALL viewers test before purchasing the webcast. A small number of folks bought the webcast without doing this quick check only to realize that they couldn't watch it due to low bandwith or hardware issues locally. Both of those issues were out of our control unfortunately.

Additionally, a lot of fans waited until game time to make their purchase. The small minority of folks experiencing problems were related to the issues listed above that were out of our control.
