MCLA schools with Culinary Arts?

I have a junior on my team that is a pretty good player, and is interested in going to school for Culinary Arts. Are there any MCLA schools that have this as a major? I don't think there are any Varsity schools.

The University of Tennessee has a very good Culinary Arts program.

UNLV and Boise State have one.

Both Drexel in D1 and Southern New Hampshire and NYiT in D2 also have Culinary Arts programs if you have a wheelbarrow full of money

that is very helpful...thanks. Don't know how much $$ they have, but at least 2 of those are local. NYiT may be a stretch for his lacrosse skill, but he still has another summer of camps.
