So did they let teams match up as they wanted and deviate from the schedule? Because A&M was to play BC and UCSB against Florida State according to mclachamptx.com

No, these two teams would have matched up if they won (UCSB played ASU while TAMU played Duluth.....Duluth is playing ASU later tonight).

I think all consolation games are based on the bracket today and they will be matched up semi-randomly tomorrow.
