UMLL Division B Eligibility

All original copies of Division B forms must be received by Friday, March 25 or teams will be forced to forfeit games.

In order to keep all teams up-to-date on their Div. B Eligibility, I am going to keep this post updated with my records. Please stay tuned for updates.

The following is a list of eligibility forms I STILL have not received. These were due by ALL teams last Friday. Some teams not listed here may have been late and will have to pay with forfeits. Teams have to enter the MDIA database system at www.uslmdia.org/admin, sign in with their username and fill out their team's form then print it.
