Simon Fraser gets the #5 seed and a match-up against #12 Florida State.
The winner draws the winner of the BYU/BC game.

Western Oregon is #8 with a first-round match-up against #9 Harding. The winner draws #1 Westminster in the second round.

Good luck SFU and WOU! Represent the PNCLL well, fellas.

Please post your predictions and discuss the games here in this thread.

I think SFU has gotta like their draw. They should beat up on FSu first round, and they get a shot at BYU who will likely be surprised to see how much SFU has improved.

There is also the potential for SSU to upset Michigan, giving the Clan another familiar face in the next round.

I think the teams to avoid this year are Chapman, ASU, and CSU. They seem to be the 'dangerous' teams, capable of beating anyone depending on which team shows up. SFU is on the more "predictable" side of the bracket...

I'm predicting an SFU - Michigan - Chapman - ASU final four.

Anyone from the PNCLL going to be in Dallas? I'll be working the tournament and cheering on WOU and SFU.

Right! Besides, with a first round matchup of FSU and SFU, it's gonna be really tough to tell whether people are yelling F-S-U or S-F-U. It's gonna be as much fun as cheering for "Western" during the Western Oregon -Western Washington D2 championship game

Do any teams from the south or east have a strong shot at being in the final four?

Not a chance! I call the outfit on the left... except my jump kick would be WAY sweeter.

Thanks Will, Now I am going to have trouble sleeping at night picturing you on the sidelines with your camera and that outfit on.

This very well could be the first time where more photos are taken of a camera man at a game instead of the game itself.

BYU vs SFU (if both teams win their first game of course) would be an interesting match-up. Many would see BYU as a clear favorite based on their first meeting, but I put little weight in that game.

It was in Provo, it was SFU's 1st game against an A Division team for a large portion of their squad. Being so young, the team has clearly improved as the season went on in all facets of their game. BYU obviously has gotten better as the season went on as well. But the sheer amount of Freshman/Sophomore's on SFU has me thinking there was more room for growth for them.

It's also interesting to note that the game back in February started out 7-1 for BYU before finishing 17-11, clearly showing the inexperience of the SFU squad. I think a stronger start will go a long way in keeping this potential contest a lot more competitive.
