Game rosters are getting juicy. Both teams are loaded with current and past All-LSA honorees.
First roster announcement will come late morning Thursday. Spread the word . . . the more the merrier.

My mistake, I guess I'm thinking of someone else. Were you the Hobart Humiliator? I see you don't deny the Frosted Flakes commercial. You looked so good in it.
Also, I still haven't heard back from you Mr. Zantjer. Can I assume my $25 donation includes a parking pass, game jersey, shower facilities, commemorative t-shirt, Dallas Cowboys football signed by Stepfret Williams, warm-ups, admission to the Joel Stupka Face-Roll clinic, 1st place trophy for the winning team, 2nd place trophy for the losing team, and a copy of your latest R&B album? I look forward to hearing back from you.
(I may also accept a football signed by Kenyon Rambo if Stepfret isn't available)

More OU, TCU, and Baylor players - just don't have names yet
If we want to make this happen and have it be a legitimate thing, we need more bodies. Most importantly, we need the guys above to actually show. This could develop into a great yearly tradition, so let's get it started off on the right foot.
I see a lot of big names on this list. Files, Davis, Knell, Brenners, etc. for the alumni, and the entire New School team is stacked up to this point. However, it does appear that the alumni will have the depth advantage. New guys, get on your buddies to come out. No way we get a bunch more old guys than current players.
I know there's more out there . . . Kurzweil? Telfair? Matheison? Embery? WARF???
Alex Perry? Brochu? McPheeters? Need a goalie for the youngsters at this point.
Have everyone email me at tgreene@smu.edu. I will post final details tomorrow on where to come and at what time.
P.S. - Team New School sucks hard . . . let the "friendly" trash talking begin!

*Know of some BU and OU guys coming, but don't have names yet.
Final Details
-Game is at 2:00
-Please arrive by 12:45 or 1:00 for details.
-$25/player by cash or check. Also gets you 2 tix for champ. games.
-Parking will be $10. Enter the stadium at Gate 1.
-There will be shower access after the game.
-Wear white shorts. Bring a dark/white penny just in case.
-Two 30-minute running halves.
-2 refs and med team on site.
-No takeout checks or hits. This is for fun.
At this point, call me at (713) 828-6066 for questions and updates. No more emails. The more the merrier, so drag out your friends. Also, there won't be any in and out with the parking, so I would advise the following schedule:
1:00 - Arrive at TX Stadium
2:00 - Play in game
3:00 - Take a shower and change
3:15 - Go out to parking lot and tailgate. Bring food, adult beverages, and music. A big group would be fun.
4:00 - Inside for the DII Championship. Then tailgate at halftime and before the DI Championship.
7:00 - DI Finals
Something I am not sure of at this point is if you have to buy another ticket to re-enter the stadium if you go tailgate. Please be sure to ask someone first before you leave.
Thanks for everyone's help.

I see no one has made any predictions regarding tomorrow's game. Here are a few of my random predictions:
Player most likely to come out of retirement wearing a pair of cleats reading "the Hobart Hammer" - Karl Lynch
Player most likely to tear his ACL while attempting the patented Joel Stupka Face-Roll - Joel Stupka
Player most likely to be yelled at by Karl Lynch from the stands - Commissioner Zantjer
Player most likely to be laughed at by High School kids - Casey Carr
Person most likely to make a sarcastic comment following the game but not reveal his identity - NYBuilt
Player most likely to miss the game because of the Bird Flu - Rick Foerster
Player most likely to run as fast as they can on the first middie run, then be gased the rest of the game - Me
Player most likely to experience a slip stick while shooting - Me
Player most likely to say "I hate lacrosse" after the game - Me
Player (s) most likely to comment on a college lacrosse message board even though they're 27 and haven't played in 5 years - Me and Joel
And my official prediction for the end of the game - The 2 teams are tied 12-12 with 30 seconds remaining, when Chris Park and Jason Dunn arrive unexpected. They immediately jump on the backs of Ryan Davis and Chris Files, creating a Vultron style super attackman. They score with 4 seconds remaining to give team Old school a 13-12 victory. Ryan Davis, Chris Files, Chris Park, and Jason Dunn are given the Co-MVP award in the form of a 2003 Dodge Neon. I can't wait.
ps...Mr. Zantjer, can I assume there will be an MVP award given out, consisting of a 2003 Dodge Neon?

This is the funniest post that i can remember on the LSA boards ever.
Any Vultron reference certainly hits home with me - my favorite Tiger was the Black one.
