There is a paid part time Men's Lacrosse Assistant Coach position open at Davenport University. The primary responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach in leading practices, game management, recruiting, scheduling and related administrative duties.

The successful applicant should have a bachelor's degree and experience as a lacrosse player and coach. Knowledge of MCLA/ NCAA policies and compliance is a plus. Successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal, planning and organizational abilities. Energetic self-starters who understand and appreciate the University's mission and traditions are encouraged to apply. The position is paid and tuition assistants may be possible.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the head coach with recruiting of student athletes for our Men’s Lacrosse program.
2. Assist head coach at all scheduled practices and games.
3. Abide by the rules and regulations of the league in which we will be competing.
4. Supervise student workers and oversee game day set up
5. Help with the administrative duties required by league and conference.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
