Message to all MCLA teams

The 2008 MCLA Championship Local Organizing Committee is asking all MCLA teams to help us spread the idea of lacrosse to disadvantaged elementary schools in the Dallas Fort Worth area. With a donation of $500, your team, or booster club, can sponsor a group of 2 adults and 20 kids to the activities slated for Championship Saturday, May 17th at Texas Stadium.

In recognition of your generosity, we will acknowledge your organization (and the sponsored school) on the video board at Texas Stadium several times during the two College games on Saturday. In addition, we will make arrangements for teams that travel to Texas to meet the members of the sponsored school.

This is a fantastic idea Sonny... are the donations limited to MCLA Teams, or could these donations be extended to the general public as well?

I'm assuming the answer on this is pretty obvious
