Sorry about Metcalfe, the E was omitted in the tournament program which is what I used to write up the final roster.

The others are all spelled correctly except:
Erik Elmquist - LSM from SCAD

Since I believe I had the only hard copy of the all tournament team roster (as it was just announced after the game) you can consider it official.
