Has Mars Hill improved that much?
In '01 when I was playing at St. Andrews we spanked them something like 25-3 and I don't think there is THAT big of a difference between MCLA and NCAA...

FSU Scheduling
Is FSU really playing VT on Saturday and a double-header on Sunday against BC and NU? If so, why would they schedule three games, let alone 3 tough games in the course of 24hrs!??! I know from experience its hard enough to play two games back to back in consecutive days...

Because that's how they roll!
Actually, they were supposed to play BC and NE in Long Island at a different time but that trip was canceled. Luckily, adjustments were made and they will be able to get all the games in albeit under difficult conditions.

I'd say it's more that TWC is a first year program. They've been getting beaten pretty soundly by the established NCAA programs they've been playing, which is about normal. They'll catch up given the proper time to recruit & establish the program.
As for Mars Hill, they've been doing better in recent years (8-3 this year). The coach before the current one was very good at recruiting from what I've read on the laxpower boards, and the current coach, Sean Woods, earned Deep South coach of the year last year.

I played at Pfeiffer University from '00-'04 and we never lost to Mars Hill in those years and none of them were even close games. They have gotten better and became legititament. Also I told Coach Woods not to call off the dogs and keep going for the throat against us. It was a good learning lesson for a first year program full of freshman.

Updates would be nice. Thanks. If FSU can come out of this weekend unscathed, it should make a for a very interesting FSU-UF matchup.

That you won't see...I would call you an idiot but that would be against the rules.

Thoughts
The GT program would like to extend its most heart felt wishes to David Perrin- the goalie for SMU (Westminster HS-GA). Tonight we were a part of a very tragic injury to David and wish him a speedy recovery.
And to the SMU team as a whole- great job in fighting hard tonight in his honor. It was a tough situation for all involved and I wish you all the best the rest of the season. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Evanfsu I would like updates with a detailed report of what happened and why. I want you standing beside the coaches and asking them during the game why they made that decision. If you do that, your game report would be much better than this so called Strykerfsu.
