Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning specializes in training athletic development, speed, acceleration, power, core stability, balance, flexibility, lacrosse specific movements and energy systems. Top players from the NLL, NCAA, WLA, MCLA, and the BCJLL rely on fitness expertise and lacrosse specific skill tutorials from Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning.
