While they're all in tough situations, I'd say Vick.

Lohan's attorney has it the "easiest". Whatever the outcome, she will eventually fade off for a couple years, only to reappear in her late 30's/early 40's on a reality show (a la 'Breaking Bonaduce' or 'Shooting Sizemore') and subsequently rehash all the problems of her youth before fading off into obscurity again.

The NBA ref will sing one way or another, so mob eyes would be squarely focused on him... he'll talk whether or not he has a lawyer to save his own hide. I'm a bit biased though, because my own interest level with pro basketball is parallel to my interest in the XFL, so while I hope that this isn't a wide reaching scheme across the NBA and understand it's implications to the sport, I lost confidence in basketball when Jordan left.

From what I've read, I'd say Vick's lawyer has it the hardest. While all the evidence is speculative at this point, I'm going to be interested to see what defense is applied for him.

In all, let the court system work and (I hope) justice will be served to those who deserve it.

I'd love to be any of the 3, because i see alot of billable hours in their future.

And of the 3, Donaghy has the least ability to pay for those hours, so you might want a large up-front retainer before coming on board.
