What is the rule on graduate students? What if you played 3 years in undergrad, took a few years off to work, and then enrolled as a grad student at that same institution maybe 5 years later? Are you eligible for that fourth year?

No, it has to be in the following semester after your undergraduate degree.

Here's one for you.... what if you played 3 years, finished your undergrad but your school doesn't offer graduate programs....
Does that mean a 4th year is not available at all?
