The division A all LSA honors are very flawed. Yes, stats are a key part of the game, but one person could play on a very less talented team and rack up 6 goals and 4 assists every game because the players around him are not nearly up to his skill level. Coaches must start to go around the league and watch these games and notice the different players and see how well they play within their teams. For instance, I watched SMU play vs UNT two thursdays ago. All of those players play together as a team and they play off each other. The attack is phenominal at feeding each other and shooting(#8 and 22), the middies can play both offense and defense (#15,4, 14), and the defense is very solid and play team defense and slide very well (#5 and 30). The same goes with Texas who I watched play the other day as well, the attack were very solid #35 and 9, and the middies played great as well, and the defensemen were extremely solid #38 and 3 i think.
