Team 'A' is man-down, with the lead, and less than 2 minutes remaining in the game. Team 'B', loses possesion and Team 'A' gains possession.
For clarification purposes:
1) Does the 20 second clock to move the ball from the defensive end apply for Team 'A'?
2) If Team 'A' crosses midfield with possesion, does the 10 second clock apply?
3) If Team 'A' enters their offensive box, do they have to "keep it in" since they have the lead and there is less than 2 minutes left?
(Reminder: Team 'A' is at least one man down.)
Can't find the answer in the rule book....

Yes to all three. Being man-down does not relieve a team from any of those obligations.
