Man's letter brings Secret Service

Non-lacrosse specific topics.

The issue is not that the message is offensive. The issue is that it is illegal, certainly in this country and perhaps in others, to even mention terrorism and/or hijacking in an airport. THe airline has the right, and perhaps the duty, to be overvigilant in this area given recent events.

How do you know that for sure? You don't. You are making a snap judgement without the benefit of talking to this man and you or I don't get to make this call. Chances are that you are right, but it has to be checked out. Again, many people would be all over the Secret Service if it was a real threat and they didn't investigate it.

Yeah, changing the station on your radio in hopes you don't get Celine Dion.

Thanks Canada, thanks.

Last time I checked, Qantas Airlines is NOT the Australian Government. They have every right to refuse service to anyone they choose to as a private company. But don't let facts get in the way of a good argument.

I would find both of those offensive.

That's just false advertising since niether are remotely true in anyone's eyes but his own.

Now..... do you really want to talk about who's brought more horrible music into this world?

Plus, Gordon Lightfoot rules.

Why is it that every single one of the topics in the Water Cooler ALWAYS tangents its way back to O-Town???

Music? What music?  I know who these guys that Tim posted, but I frankly don't care about their music. I have a 15 year old son who inserts CDs in my car, and I just have to live with the vibrations of music emnating through the car. At times, I would simply tell him to lower the volume because the vibrations can be so annoying especially those drum beats.

Touchy! It was more of an observation. Wasn't trying to make any argument other than saying it happened in Australia. See what happens when you manipulate the English language? Of course you do, Conservatives are experts at that.
