It is being reported that the "professional dancer" who accused the 3 Duke Lacrosse players of rape, has just delivered a baby. This is roughly (no pun intended) 9 months after the alleged rape.
Can you say defense subpoena for a paternity test?!!

That will happen per court order, but she was given a pregnancy test and a "Next morning" contraceptive during the rape examination:

Although the presence of a baby, regardless of paternity, does not shed any light whatsoever on consent.
