Duke Accuser Just Had A Baby!

It is being reported that the "professional dancer" who accused the 3 Duke Lacrosse players of rape, has just delivered a baby. This is roughly (no pun intended) 9 months after the alleged rape.

Can you say defense subpoena for a paternity test?!!

That will happen per court order, but she was given a pregnancy test and a "Next morning" contraceptive during the rape examination:

Although the presence of a baby, regardless of paternity, does not shed any light whatsoever on consent.

Doesn't add up, if one uses "prenancy math." 10 months, unless the baby was premature.

That was an error in the report. The baby is due in February.
