What's with the little +/- reputation thingy under our names?

It is a new feature of the web site that is a "reputation system."

You can earn points for daily visits to the message board and by posting. As you earn points, you can distribute them to others as you see fit, but you only can give out points that you have earned. Meaning you can't give out more points then you in your possession.

You can also give take away reputation points for posters by giving negative reputation. Again, you can't "take away" more points than you possess.

As you acrue more points, the amount and the size of the gold stars (under your username) will increase.

When ever you give points or take away points - Those points are deducted from your overall amount. So be wise with the distribution of your points.
