Division A Poll

Postby BigheadTodd on Sun Sep 24, 2006 2:16 am

Who is the team to beat? My money is on CSU. Last week I would have said BYU, but with Chris Powers reinjuring his knee, I don't see it happening. Without Chucky, they have a junior that has not played since I don't know when, and two freshmen.
Colorado has a chance, but it seems CSU has put a spell on them of late.
Utah will be very young, with goalie issues as well. I think Rich will be a great coach, but there may be an adjustment period.
I love Utah State, but I think they still have a ways to go.

I'm going to say BYU just for grins. CSU will obviously be in the mix, however, the Buffs should not be overlooked...

I love Utah State,

Todd USU loves you back...

I know you are gone, but its like you are still here,
even tho you're gone...

Playing WX just won't be the same this year, I won't be able to hang out in your box and ignore my team. Hope all is well.

And just for the record I want to reiterate the fact that I wasn't paying attention in that manup situation.

Let's all give it up for a lob-sided poll (though statistically accurate), in the most lob-sided division "A", in the most lob-sided conference in club lacrosse.

After what i saw on Saturday night i think CSU sent a message, telling CU they will never go away and they will always be dominate

In the last 4 years only 3 Division A teams have beaten CSU: BYU, UCSB, and Utah. They continue to be the "team to beat."
