How is there not one stat from BSC's season on the PCLL site yet. I can't even find an updated roster. Inquiring minds want to know.

yeah, that is pretty annoying.

I am guessing that BSC postponed the URI game yesterday? Typical BSC athletics move.

Here are my projections for the rest of this weeks PCLL games:

Thursday April 6th
Stonehill @ BC 8pm Eagles by 15

Friday April 7th
New Haven @ UCONN 7pm UCONN by 9
Northeastern @ BU 9:30pm NU by 8
Framingham @ Cent CT 8:30pm FSC by 2

Sat April 8th
BU @ Bridgewater 1pm BU by 12
Central CT @ Coast Guard 1pm USCGA by 10
New Hampshire @ URI 1pm UNH by 10
WPI @ Stonehill WPI by 2
Maine @ New Haven 1pm NO IDEA
Carnegie Mellon @ Rochester 7pm NO IDEA

Sun April 9th
BC @ Northeastern 6:30pm NU by 2 in a barn burner
UCONN @ Coast Guard 7pm USCGA with the home field advantage
Maine @ Cent CT 11am NO IDEA
Salem St @ Framingham Vikings (SSC) by 5

Mon April 10th
Stonehill @ Northeastern 7pm NU by 10
Bridgewater @ BC 8pm Eagles by 20

Tues April 11th
Coast Guard @ WPI 7pm USCGA by 6

Make up game URI @ BSC Rams by 10

Is it me, or are there more lopsided games than ever this year in the PCLL?

I think you are right about the lopsided games. I think that UNH, NU and BC are getting stronger the middle of the pack is still tight and a few people are trying to rebuild. It is making for some lopsided games. After seeing the talent level that BC is at on Tuesday, I can attest that it will be a while before we are at that level. We are just starting to get kids who have lax backgrounds and hopefully that can continue as well as for everyone else, but you see that BC took advantage of things like a slow 2 slide extremely well and that comes from a life time of coaching not 3 weeks of practice.

If BC beats NU where will that put the PCLL standings since UNH, BC, and NU will all have one in conference loss?

My pick is BC by 2.

From the PCLL ByLaws:

5. Determination of the final standings:
a. Final divisional rankings based on win-loss records versus required conference opponents. Required
division opponents will be voted on at the fall meeting (see Article III – Section 3).
b. If two teams have equivalent records based on section a, the following will be used as tie-breakers,
in this order:
i. Best head-to-head win-loss records between tied team(s).
ii. Best overall goal differential in games outlined in section a. No more than an eight-goal
differential shall be counted per game. If the goal differential is greater than eight, the differential
shall be counted as eight for the purposes of this tiebreaker.
iii. Least number of goals allowed in games outlined in section a.
iv. Coin flip.
c. In the event one team had a game cancelled, that opponent shall not be counted for either team
toward the tiebreakers.

I have noticed that the score reporting has been pretty bad this year. It seems like the scores are coming in very late, sometimes longer than a week. Are there still fines being imposed this year? Does the amount grow the longer the stats/scores go unentered? As a PCLL alumnus, it is really frustrating to never be able to get scores. They are not in the paper or online....especially BSC's. I would like to strongly encourage teams to call in their scores to the Boston Herald, Boston Globe and the Providence Journal, as well as shooting an email to laxpower as soon as you get home from you games..it is that simple. 3 phone calls and an email or two. The globe will even print the box score if you fax it to them.

Hey Bridgewater! Can you guys please put your roster and stats on the PCLL page? Thanks.. we (alumni) are trying to follow you guys the best we can.

U of R 15- #22 Carnegie Mellon 10. Go Jackets! Laxpower has Rochester at #15 in the country. They are 3-1 with 2 wins v. non MDIA teams. They have finished their 2 OCC games.
Now they have their PCLL schedule. Roll on, Baby!
Bluevelvet.....U of R 1966.

PS I agree with Dan Warren. Post your scores. It is hard to follow from the left coast.

NU 11
BC 9

NU was able to come back from a 0-3 deficit to win. NU's only loss this season remains their first game of the year to Lindenwood.
