Laxpower Live Action Reports

Postby Brent Burns on Tue Mar 21, 2006 4:21 pm

I just minimized Laxpower Live Action reports, and right now Cornell is one goal ahead of Duke, 6-5. Duke was recently penalized, so Cornell has emo.

Cornell up 11-7 with 3 minutes left in the 4th...

EDIT: Now a final, Cornell beats Duke 11-7.

I noticed there were about 857 viewers checking the live reporting and stats interpersed with comments from other Laxpower viewers. That, without any question, is a big win for the Big Red. When both were tied 6-6 in the 3rd, Cornell then went on building a big lead.

EDIT: 949 viewers (that may have been added by those checking out the gametracker). Compare that with MD-Dartmouth (about 430 viewers) and Massachusetts-Sacred Heart (about 211 viewers).

NOTE: Although the score was 11-7 in Cornell's favor, the game was actually close. Cornell had 35 shots; Duke had 34 shots. Cornell had 37 gbs whereas Duke had 37. Duke won the faceoff battle, 9-12.
