A1 is in possession of the ball between the midline and the restraining line as the count approaches 10. A1 brushes shoulders with middie B1, with

(1) Both of B1's feet in the attack area, with B1's shoulder in the attack area (A1's shoulder leans over the restraining line into the attack area).

(2) Both of B1's feet in the attack area, with B1's shoulder out of the attack area (B1's shoulder leans over the restraining line into zone 3).

(3) One of B1's feet in the attack area and one out, with B1's shoulder (and most of his body, except for his foot and ankle) out of the attack area.

(4) One of B1's feet on the attack area line--but no part of his body touching the attack area inside the line--and one out, with B1's shoulder (except for the foot touching the line) out of the attack area.

(5) B1 is airborne, but entirely in the air space over the attack area (A1's shoulder leans over the restraining line into the attack area).

In all cases, A1 does not touch on or inside the attack area line; he only contacts B1. Rulings?
