Difference between Federation and NCAA rules?

Does anyone have the updated (2006) page that displays all the differences between the Federation and NCAA rule books? I think Walt Munze used to maintain this sheet, but I haven't seen it for 2006.

Actually, I keep the complete list. Do you want the list with the top 30 or so differences, or all 95 or so? I can also post in plain text of .pdf (depending on the limit for file size).
