Looking for a good/user friendly computer Photo album?

I'm trying to find a free (or shareware) program that will allow me to display various personal pictures in an online picture album for family and friends to enjoy. The catch is that I want to be able to add additional pictures to the original picture album easily (without the hassle of regenerating the original pictures or HTML). Has anyone ever run across a program like this?

i use webshots.com and it is pretty easy

Thanks for the suggestions, but I'm looking for a program where I can create picture albums that I will host on my web site (not just linking to another site like Yahoo or Webshots).
