I;m glad they ranked the 12th man #1, but its not. #1 is definitely the USC Cheerleaders.

Dotting the "I" is a stupid tradition.

I'm surprised they put nothing in the list about Notre Dame. Or the classic uniforms from Penn State.

There aren't any specific rivalry games either... I would count those as traditions.

I wouldn't count tailgating as a "tradition" either. 100's of colleges do that every weekend. Some schools do tailgating better then others, some do it with greater numbers then others. But is that really a tradition?
