If we want to encourage faster shooting, let's develop new goals with dampers that slowly close during each possession. The longer you wait to shoot, the less open goal area there is!

Again, I don't think the current game is broken, although I personally find the "take 30-40 seconds to sub before attempting to set up a a play" thing really tiresome, and I'd like to see something done about that.

Then we can have goals with windmills that they have to shoot between, alternating with having to put it in the clown's mouth!

What does that plastic do that people place on top of the shot clock? I thought that stuff protected the shot clock. If that is not true then a lot of people are getting ripped off. I just remembered that our football team has portable play clocks. We could steal those. Most of the kids at the games use them as a playground, but I think those might work.

All of my discussion with theft is sarcasm. I am not going to climb 15 feet to steal a clock. I hate this idea, but I see some people are catching on to my joke which is good.
