What is your favorite Water Cooler topic for the 2005 season

Postby Brent Burns on Fri Jun 03, 2005 4:29 pm

Since the 2005 edition of USL MDIA has ended a few weeks ago with the MDIA champions- UCSB and the WDIA champions- Cal Poly, which Water Cooler topic should be awarded as the Numero Uno Topic of Spring of 2005?

I would say that the Penguin game ranks at the very top for me.

I loved the tender crisp bacon cheddar ranch (sung to the first line)

I would say the spawning of grunions upon the southern california coast. Curious little fish they are, they burrow into the sand at night creating a shimmering silver slide of moonlit incandescence. A pure delight to witness, and surely a topic worth much of our attention.
Or if that subject tickles not your fancy- how about the debate of whom you would want to build a lacrosse team around, and what uniform and team mascot would you have? Replies must be in full and include sterling rebuttals to previous posters prose. Anywho, my team would be The Tuxedo Assassins, would be built around Brodie Merrill, and would have the colors of black and silver with a hint of orange. Our rallying cry- Oslos Victory!!! Yelled with a nordic accent.
All for now, debate and reply as you wish

The Mitch Hedburg dedication was pretty good--not because he died but because of all the jokes that were posted. Also, the "and Boom! There goes the dynamite! (horrible sportscenter)" was pretty good too. And how can I forget Whitehead's Gay quiz where his "45% gay side was not offended by the exam"? Seriously, where would I be without you guys...probably working.
