Talked with one of the UCSB parents about the game. Two first line middies didn't make the trip because they were sick. I was wondering why anyone would miss a playoff game. Turns out that one was hospitalized with some sickness and the other had missed classes and practice all week with the same flu.

Not to single you out RB, but lets quit making excuses for UCSB, or at least keep them consistent. Not sure how six players goes to three. UCSB is worthy of going to the tournament, but history/reputation aside should be seeded in the 16-13 range in my opinion. They'll have their seat at the table, but there going to have to prove they deserve to be there this year.
